Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. All Purchases Are Final

1.1 Please ensure that all items in your order are correct before proceeding to payment. All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once a transaction has been completed.

1.2 If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@boom2u.my

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

2.1 If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange due to product defects, incorrect items, or other valid issues, please adhere to the following process:

 

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email us at admin@boom2u.my

Step 2: Await Confirmation

Please wait for a reply from the boom2u team before returning any item(s).
Do NOT return item(s) without receiving written confirmation.
Items returned without prior approval will not be entertained.

Step 3: Return the Item(s)

Once approved, return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.

Step 4: Review of Returned Item(s)

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will review your request within 14 working days.

  • Boom2u is not responsiblefor item(s) that are lost or not delivered to us.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach our returns address safely.

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 The cost of returning the item(s) is borne by you and is not refundable.

3.2 Returned item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition received.

3.3 You must include the original receipt and ensure the item(s) are in their original packaging.

 

  1. Non-Eligible Returns

4.1 Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for reasons including (but not limited to):

  1. “It doesn’t look the same as on the website”
  2. “I have changed my mind”
  3. “I don’t like it”
  4. “It doesn’t suit me”
  5. “I don’t like the colour”
  6. “I received the same item from someone else”
  7. “It doesn’t fit me well”

These are not considered valid grounds for refund or exchange.
(Note: This list is non-exhaustive.)

4.2 Additionally, the following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  1. Sale or discounted items
  2. Bundled / packaged items
  3. Items purchased outside the official Boom2u website

 

  1. Quality Inspection

5.1 All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection.

5.2 Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item(s) pass inspection and your request has been approved.

 

  1. Approval or Rejection of Request

6.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive an email within 14 working days confirming:

  1. That we have received your return; and
  2. Whether your refund or exchange request has been approved or rejected.

6.2 If your request is approved, we will proceed with:

  1. Sending the replacement item; or
  2. Processing the refund (where applicable)

6.3 You will be notified once the process is complete.

7.1 boom2u reserves the right to amend this Refund/Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
